The highways and roads of Southern California are dangerous, but it seems they become far more dangerous when Sean Krubinski of WICR is at the wheel of a vehicle. Krubinski, the VP at WICR Waterproofing, has a long record of driving violations including speeding, two DUI’s, possession of marijuana, having an open container of alcohol while driving and more. Now he has apparently caused grave injuries to an innocent person because he is an apparent reckless driver.

On January 5th, 2022 at the Stanley Mosk Center, a Los Angles Superior Court Judge will hear the case of Sarah Gile who has sued Sean Krubinski and his wife Noel Davis for allegedly driving his motor vehicle negligently, colliding with the plaintiff’s vehicle and causing her injuries and damages to her property, capacity for future earnings and current wage loss in an accident in Diamond Bar at Brea Canyon & Pathfinder on July 25th, 2018.

Little information on the injuries and damages are found in the Court filing’s, however, this is an “unlimited” civil case, meaning they are seeking more than $25,000 in damages. I imagine that with claims of loss of earning capacity, wages and hospital expenses that Ms. Gile was grievously injured.

It’s not clear what Noel Davis is alleged to have done, however, her own past record of driving DUI in 2014 continues through this year with an alleged violation of her parole, a bench warrant being issued, an interlock device being placed in her vehicle etc. Together they make a great pair of winners.

Hopefully Sean Krubinski will be hit with a large award against him and hopefully the State of California has or will revoke his drivers license. Look for an update after the 5th of January when I expect Sean will learn his fate.
