SO IF YOU HAVE A CONTRACT WITH WICR THAT CONTAINS CLAUSES THAT REQUIRE YOU TO DEFEND AND INDEMNIFY THEM, WITH THEIR CHOICE OF LAWYERS, OR PLACES A $10,000 PENALTY AGAINST YOU FOR WRITING A NEGATIVE REVIEW ON YELP, YOU SHOULD FILE A COMPLAINT IMMEDIATELY.

The owner and sole author of this blog dedicated to exposing WICR Waterproofing & Construction’s dirty deeds is pleased to announce that his complaint regarding WICR’S contract is moving forward in the CSLB investigations unit.
Correspondence received yesterday informed me that I will hear from CSLB within 20 days. I have maintained that WICR’s contract is predatory and harmful to consumers. You can download it below to read the entire 15+page contract. Between penalties for leaving bad reviews on Yelp, requiring consumers to indemnify and defend the company amongst other clauses that are illegal, immoral, unethical, it is a consumer nightmare.
What I want to know is if their scum lawyers Irina Mazor and Peter Lindborg dreamed it up. If they did then they have a problem with the California Bar Association. Lawyers can’t write contracts that knowingly harm consumers and place them at a disadvantage. Knowing these 2 scumbags, they wrote it and don’t care. Their job is running interference due David Mazor, the king of scumbags. Nothing else matters and they will do whatever it takes to protect him including lying under oath, submitting documents about serving me by mail when they never did, threaten customers of WICR with lawsuits for writing bad reviews and more.

In all my HOA projects, I was instructed by Irina and David to hire laborers from the Home Depot nearest the project (HOA) that I was going to work on
I have the address of most of the undocumented workers if is requested by authorities.
Is not just my word against them I have proof of it…more than 1000 pictures
Of all the projects that I work for WICR ICR services, and other business that this couple owns.
They need to pay for all they have done!
